Here’s what you’ll need to make your very own egg carton monsters!
Materials:
Paper egg carton
Acrylic, tempera, or poster paint and brushes
Construction paper
Black marker or crayon
Pipe cleaners
White glue
Scissors
Directions:
Cut egg carton into sections and trim each one to make more even. You will need 2 sections for each monster. Paint each piece and allow to dry. Cut out eyes, teeth, tongue, etc. for your monster, and draw details with marker or crayon. If you wish, cut a half a pipe cleaner and wrap around a pen or pencil to make curly, insert into top of head of monster by poking a little hole. Glue tongue inside of mouth, then glue teeth, eyes, etc. Glue two sections together at the back and allow to dry.
